Returns
Returns must be received within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, all labels still attached and in good condition and in the original packaging.
This does not effect your statutory rights If an item is damaged or faulty we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
Before you send us the return you must notify us by email info@maryqueenofsocks.com.
To complete your return, you must email with the reason for the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
MQoS will not refund the return shipping cost unless the goods are faulty.

Liability for returned goods not received by us are not our responsibility so if we don't receive it we can't issue a refund. It is therefore your responsibility to send the goods by 'signed for' service or a proof of postage in the UK, if the later it will then be your responsibility to pursue the missing items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be informed if your return has been accepted or rejected, If the item has been rejected it will be sent back to you.
If it is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
We can not accept any returns that were not purchased by you ie one of our products given to you as a gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: MQoS, 115 Harewood court, Hove, BN3 3GL, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
